     This blog came about from my experiences with investing, rehabbing, and renting. Living and learning I kept pushing! That’s what every part of this process to rent out properties and support my family off passive income has been about for me. I wouldn’t change my path for anything. Through trial and error, I have acquired my first three properties. When life drastically pushes you, what do you do. Someone said," to get something you never had you have to do something you never did. So that’s what I did, all I am is someone who kept pushing. I thought I would blog my process to my third rental property, true words no bull from a regular guy with a healthier mindset, keep pushing, keep pushing to hit the target!
